About the role

ALTAS AUTO, a leading manufacturer of small and medium‑size buses, is expanding its team with a Junior Client Orders Manager. You will support the coordination of bus purchases, transport processes and final delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data related to bus shipping in the ERP system.
• Issue and send sales documents such as pro‑forma invoices and invoices to buyers.
• Collect, organise and forward sales documents, transport paperwork, goods receipt confirmations and export declarations to the accounting department.
• Assist the order administration manager in organising bus transports, preparing reports and performing other tasks linked to bus sales and logistics.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Higher education in management, business administration or logistics.
• Experience in logistics or sales management is a plus.
• Enjoy working with numbers and data.
• Good planning abilities and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for data entry and updates.
