About the role

The Junior Training Coordinator will support FL Technics in planning, coordinating and delivering international technical training programmes for aviation maintenance staff. Working closely with instructors and customers across multiple time zones, the role ensures smooth execution of training sessions and maintains the associated documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement international technical training programmes.
• Administer the training platform, including user management and content updates.
• Prepare, manage and archive training documentation.
• Communicate daily with clients and instructors to address queries and logistics.
• Analyse training processes, identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Experience in administrative, coordination or project‑management tasks (preferred).
• Ability to plan work effectively with partners operating in different time zones.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, meticulous, responsible and eager to learn.
• Quick adaptability to change and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
