Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Java full‑stack developer to design, develop and implement high‑quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will work across the full software development life‑cycle in an agile, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to modern frontend development and full‑stack applications.
• Design and optimise data‑processing workflows and database architectures.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services.
• Write unit tests and ensure reliable, clean code.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and Spring Boot 2+ (Quarkus a plus).
• Experience building modern full‑stack applications.
• Passion for clean, maintainable and scalable code.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
