Junior Graphic Designer & Production Associate

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer & Production Associate will create and execute digital and print assets for Greenpark’s pharmaceutical client. Working in‑house, you will collaborate closely with the client’s marketing and brand teams to deliver on‑brand, compliant communications across email, web and printed channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging email layouts, website pages and print‑ready materials using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and existing templates.
• Build and assemble emails in Knak or similar authoring tools, maintain and update email templates and components.
• Ensure all outputs follow accessibility, responsiveness and brand guidelines while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate with global stakeholders and adapt to agile workflow changes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and quality control with the ability to manage several tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma for UI/UX design.
• Knak or comparable email authoring platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and usability principles.
• Experience with content management systems or digital content platforms (advantageous).
• Basic video editing skills (advantageous).
