Junior Marketing Project Manager – E‑commerce (Hybrid, Vilnius)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Project Manager to support the day‑to‑day execution of one of our flagship supplement brands. Reporting to the Head of Brands, you will gain hands‑on experience across marketing, operations and customer service while being mentored to understand the full e‑commerce funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Pull performance data from multiple departments and channels, analyse trends and flag issues early.
• Track competitor offers, pricing and positioning, producing clear overviews for testing.
• Use AI tools to transform insights into landing pages and funnel experiments.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain meeting notes and process documentation to preserve decisions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an agency (account management/coordination) or in‑house DTC/e‑commerce marketing.
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with spreadsheets.
• Highly organized, with a habit of documenting work and tracking progress.
• Curious about market trends, competitor moves and the “why” behind data.
• Ambitious to grow into ownership of projects over time.
• Bonus: experience with AI tools or basic funnel/CRO knowledge.
• Bonus: entrepreneurial background such as a side‑hustle or small business.
