Junior/Mid Software Project Manager – Digital & Data

About the role

We are looking for a Junior or Mid‑level Software Project Manager to join our digital and data team in Vilnius. You will support web and mobile app development projects, working closely with developers and senior project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Collaborate with teams of 4‑10 members, communicating with developers and project managers.
• Execute tasks assigned by senior project managers efficiently and on time.
• Support project coordination, monitoring, and administration.
• Prepare detailed updates for stakeholders and organise reports, invoices, contracts and other financial documents.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Positive attitude and clear mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Digital background is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
