Key Account Manager

About the role

HR Factory is recruiting a Key Account Manager for an international Scandinavian FMCG manufacturer, a leading producer and distributor of well-known food brands in the Nordic and Baltic regions. You will work with key retail clients to build long-term partnerships and ensure successful cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
• Achieve sales targets and implement client plans.
• Negotiate pricing and cooperation agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales or client relationship management.
• Lithuanian and English.

What we offer

• Base salary up to EUR 3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies, plus monthly and quarterly result-based bonuses.
• Hybrid work: 2 days in the Vilnius office, 3 days from home, with flexible working hours.
