Kitchen Cook – Airport Lounge (Vilnius Airport)

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Cook to join the team at a premium airport lounge in Vilnius. You will prepare and replenish buffet‑style dishes, maintain high food‑quality and hygiene standards, and interact with guests in an open‑kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food for buffet service according to established menus and procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely replenishment throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, following HACCP and food‑safety regulations.
• Support the open‑kitchen concept by answering basic guest questions about menu items.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen Lead and lounge supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
• Report any food‑safety, hygiene, or equipment issues immediately.
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen.
• Experience with buffet‑style or high‑volume food service is preferred.
• Good English communication skills for guest interaction.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo an aviation security background check.

Required skills

• H10 food‑safety certificate (or willingness to obtain during recruitment).
• Knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety standards.
