About the role

Ignitis Lietuva is looking for a motivated individual to join its Customer Service team in Vilnius. Working from the office at Viršuliškių skg. 34, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to customers and promoting the company’s energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous assistance to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs, explain solutions and sell appropriate energy products and services.
• Analyze department performance and suggest actions to improve efficiency.
• Participate in company‑initiated projects related to the energy ecosystem.

Required profile

• Higher or university education.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office applications.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, strong communication, diligence and responsibility.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Good English and Russian language knowledge (optional).
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence (optional).
