About the role

Artea Bank is looking for a motivated Customer Consulting Manager to join its team. You will work closely with private clients, helping them understand banking products, providing reassurance and building lasting trust.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with private clients, understand their needs and deliver professional advice.
• Perform cash transactions accurately and securely while maintaining high service quality.
• Identify clients' financial needs and propose suitable bank products and services.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets, initiate conversations about beneficial financial solutions.
• Continuously improve sales, customer service and communication skills.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent non‑university qualification.
• Strong communication skills and client‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial institution.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility and awareness of compliance, risk detection and safe work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Forpost software (advantage).
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Russian.
