Knowledge Management & Training Specialist – Trust & Safety Ops

About the role

As a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist you will enable operational teams to work efficiently by creating and maintaining learning solutions that support day‑to‑day processes. You will work across the full knowledge lifecycle, from identifying gaps to delivering and continuously improving training content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify knowledge and learning needs within Trust & Safety operational teams.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials, guides, and knowledge resources.
• Support implementation of learning solutions and monitor adoption.
• Gather feedback and operational insights to continuously improve content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in Commercial Policy, Brand Authentication, and Risk & Policy teams.
• Drive improvements that positively impact operational performance.
