About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. The role involves ensuring that manufactured products and raw materials meet GMP and ISO 13485 requirements, evaluating test results, and managing related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on products and raw materials and analyse trends.
• Prepare, review and update QC documentation in line with GMP and ISO 13485.
• Coordinate product stability studies, risk assessments and related activities.
• Participate in deviation handling, non‑conformance investigations and customer complaint resolution.
• Enter and maintain quality data in company information systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QC processes and work methods.

Required profile

• University degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Laboratory experience and knowledge of quality control methods.
• Understanding of GMP and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Good documentation, data‑analysis and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
• Responsible, meticulous, organised and able to work in a team.
