About the role

INVL Family Office is looking for a Communication Project Manager who can oversee the full communication picture and professionally execute projects from concept to final delivery. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work in a specialized business environment rather than mass media, focusing on precise tone, trust, and translating complex financial information into clear client‑friendly communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement external communication according to the annual plan, including press releases, news, articles, social media content, newsletters and other materials.
• Identify communication topics, opportunities and angles, propose ideas and turn them into concrete projects.
• Prepare and coordinate client‑focused communications such as letters, informational notices and relevant updates.
• Organise and manage client events and initiatives from concept through program design, participant communication and smooth execution.
• Lead communication projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, quality and progress control.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across channels and contribute to the creation of representative materials.
• Support internal communication initiatives and advise colleagues on communication matters.

Required profile

• Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills in Lithuanian.
• Strong project‑management and event‑organisation experience.
• Ability to see tasks within a broader business and communication context.
• Attention to detail, high quality standards and a meticulous approach.
• Self‑starter attitude, initiative and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Minimum three years of independent project‑management experience.
• Experience in finance, investment, private banking or asset management is a plus.
• Understanding of GDPR principles is advantageous.
