Lead Data Analyst

About the role

CUJO AI® is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join its team in Lithuania, Finland or Hungary. You will drive high‑quality delivery of Digital Life services by turning large‑scale network data into actionable insights and supporting product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build big‑data‑driven reports, queries and interactive dashboards.
• Collect, analyse and visualise network data to identify trends, threats and emerging technologies.
• Execute change deployments for customers, ensuring smooth roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Software Engineers to create and maintain tooling and feature‑specific services.
• Conduct research activities to solve problems and foster continuous improvement.
• Partner with CUJO AI leadership to enhance analytics processes and ways of working.
• Provide data‑driven input that influences product design decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Can‑do attitude with a focus on automating routine tasks.
• Hands‑on experience deploying changes, updates or enhancements to production systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to present findings clearly.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
