Legal Counsel (Product Compliance & Commerce)

About the role

You will be the backbone of Oxylabs, working across teams to negotiate commercial contracts and mitigate legal risks for new product features. The role ensures our fast‑growing product lineup complies with evolving regulations and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer and partnership contracts.
• Conduct legal analysis to ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations and industry best practices.
• Advise on new products and features, mitigate legal risks and provide input throughout the product development process.
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal challenges and explore new opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 3 years of experience as in‑house counsel or at a law firm, preferably in the tech sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in Lithuanian.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, curious mindset with strong decision‑making in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of technology, big data, data privacy and related regulations.
