Localization Graphic & Motion Designer

About the role

We build fast‑growing consumer products and need a designer who can create and localize static and animated visuals that not only look great but also convert. Working across multiple brands and markets, you’ll adapt existing creatives and build new ones from scratch, combining sharp creative instinct with an analytical mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Localize existing static ads for specific markets, adjusting copy, typography, and layout.
• Create high‑converting static and animated ads optimized for platforms such as Meta and YouTube.
• Iterate quickly by producing multiple variations based on performance data.
• Maintain visual consistency across formats, markets, and platforms.
• Collaborate with media buying, localization, and creative strategy teams to translate insights into winning visuals.
• Support the entire funnel by designing and animating thumbnails, landing page assets, product imagery, and social content.

Required profile

• Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, delivering work quickly without cutting corners.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion ad creatives or direct‑response marketing visuals.
• Performance‑driven mindset focused on conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Sharp eye for detail in visual consistency, typography, spacing, and color.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, markets, and projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity about AI tools to accelerate the design process.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
