Localization Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

Fleming is seeking a hands‑on Localization Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production of localized Meta and Google ads as well as email marketing assets. You will work at the heart of the paid‑media workflow, ensuring that high‑performing creative assets are accurately adapted for new markets and launched on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and quality‑check daily localization of Meta ads, Google ads and email content.
• Review production logs, set priorities and guarantee timely launch of localized assets.
• Analyze performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue, engagement) to decide which assets to scale, iterate or retire.
• Prepare and assign localization tasks to designers and email specialists, tracking progress across teams.
• Approve final localized ads and emails, ensuring correct language, IDs, formats and no residual English text.

Required profile

• Experience in localization, translation project management, marketing operations or performance marketing.
• Ability to read, interpret and act on marketing KPI data.
• Strong project‑management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, cross‑functional collaboration.
