M365 Customer Experience Manager

About the role

We are seeking a M365 Customer Experience Manager to help our customers translate Microsoft 365 capabilities into tangible improvements in productivity, security and employee experience. You will work closely with clients from needs assessment through implementation, delivering workshops, reviews and guidance on best‑practice usage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Microsoft 365 capability reviews, best‑practice presentations, webinars and hands‑on workshops.
• Advise customers on Microsoft Secure Score and prioritize security enhancements across MFA, Conditional Access, Intune and Defender.
• Provide guidance on everyday Microsoft 365 usage, administration, licensing and service management.
• Contribute to Microsoft campaigns, customer events and initiatives promoting new technology adoption.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to link technical topics to measurable business value.
• Experience in customer consulting, technology adoption, training delivery or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft Defender, Intune, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.
• Ability to lead presentations and workshops, translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑900, MS‑102, SC‑900) – preferred.
