Manager, Inventory Performance

About the role

Metso is looking for a Manager, Inventory Performance to lead the development and execution of inventory management practices across its Consumables Business Area. You will raise the maturity of inventory processes, build analytics capabilities and ensure healthy inventory levels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce governance models, policies, and processes for inventory management.
• Design and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve inventory health and forecasting.
• Coordinate initiatives such as warehouse footprint changes and other performance improvement projects.
• Conduct data analyses, translate insights into actions, and work closely with global stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance inventory performance metrics and reporting across all Business Lines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory or supply‑chain management, preferably in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop policies, standards and drive organizational change.
