AOG Coordinator

About the role

getjet is looking for an AOG Coordinator in Vilnius to help keep aircraft operational by resolving Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations quickly. The role coordinates the sourcing, procurement and transportation of critical aircraft parts and materials, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and compliant solutions. It suits a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond immediately to all AOG requests for aircraft parts and materials, acting rapidly and effectively
• Identify the most efficient sourcing and transportation solutions to support grounded aircraft and minimise downtime
• Coordinate AOG rectification plans with internal departments so tasks run smoothly and on time
• Sourcing critical aircraft components and materials, managing procurement and tracking order progress
• Verify documentation and paperwork for all materials and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures

Required profile

• Ability to work in shifts, including night hours
• Fluency in English
• Experience in the aviation or airfreight logistics sector is an advantage

• Strong communication, time management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
