Manual QA Engineer – Testing Web & Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to lead testing initiatives for our web and mobile applications, ensuring releases meet real‑world requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead manual testing initiatives, including functional regression, smoke, and stress testing.
• Analyze project documentation and release notes to create or update test scenarios.
• Execute ad‑hoc and scripted manual tests, detect patterns, replicate issues and provide detailed reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects quickly and verify fixes in production.
• Report bugs and assist in troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience testing modern web and mobile applications.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• TestRail, Zephyr or similar test‑suite creation tools.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with hardware devices and networking concepts (OSI layers, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
• JavaScript, Bash scripting, Postman or SoapUI.
