Manual Software QA Engineer

About the role
Moog is looking for a Manual Software QA Engineer to join its hybrid team in Vilnius. You will work closely with developers and product owners to ensure that software releases meet functional and performance expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse software requirements to define functional and performance criteria.
- Design, document, execute and maintain manual test plans and test cases.
- Identify, report and document defects, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
- Prepare verification and validation reports for released features.
- Participate in test estimation and planning sessions.
- Share knowledge with junior QA engineers, review their test cases and provide feedback.
- Continuously improve test processes and promote QA best practices.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
- Good communication skills for reporting bugs and collaborating with developers.
