Market Intelligence & Pricing Analyst

About the role

RSI Europe is seeking a Market Intelligence & Pricing Analyst to support its defence technology business. You will monitor global defence markets, evaluate competitive positioning, and build pricing models that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously track defence market trends across Europe, NATO members, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia‑Pacific.
• Analyse defence budgets, public procurement programmes, NATO and national agency investments.
• Develop and maintain product pricing models, factoring in production costs, market conditions and profitability targets.
• Assess competitors' products, technologies, pricing and market positioning.
• Produce analytical reports for management, sales and product development teams.
• Design, test and maintain AI‑based workflows and assistants for data gathering, analysis and report generation.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business administration, international business, mathematics, statistics, information engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in international market analysis, financial analysis, pricing or marketing research.
• Ability to evaluate competitive environments and product positioning.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands‑on use of modern artificial intelligence tools for query automation and data processing.
