Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to completely rebuild and own our HubSpot instance. Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will act as the technical backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce while delivering reliable automation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing HubSpot setup (properties, workflows, lists, forms, lifecycle stages, integrations) and identify gaps.
• Design and implement a clean HubSpot architecture, including property structure, workflow logic, lifecycle definitions and comprehensive documentation.
• Resolve data‑hygiene issues at the source rather than applying downstream patches.
• Own day‑to‑day HubSpot administration: campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture flows, form management, UTM tracking and consent compliance.
• Collaborate with RevOps to close integration gaps with Salesforce, addressing campaign member sync, untracked WhatsApp activity and form submission leakage.
• Partner on broader initiatives such as inbound lead enrichment, speed‑to‑lead tracking and campaign attribution.
• Build and maintain trustworthy reporting for Marketing, Sales and leadership.
• Recommend and support tooling upgrades (e.g., HubSpot tier changes) based on usage and contact volume.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing operations role with hands‑on HubSpot administration.
• Proven track record designing and implementing HubSpot architecture, including custom properties, workflows, lifecycle stages and lead scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to document processes clearly.
