Marketing Operations Specialist (Content)

Eneba builds an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, with close to 20 million active users. Its marketing team drives growth through data-driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. As a Content Marketing Operations specialist, you will manage on-page content maintenance and uploading through the Back Office, work with localised materials and collaborate with the team and partners on content projects and ad-hoc requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on-site content: upload, edit and maintain content in Eneba's custom CMS, including product pages, on-page content, FAQs and custom landing pages.
• Run content operations for external projects such as the price comparison platform (deals and reviews), Refilled and partner landing pages.
• Deliver ad-hoc and localisation requests, completing fixes and updates asked by the team and partner teams and working with the localisation team on improved localised content.
• Ensure content quality by working with SEO, Campaigns, Supply and other marketing teams on quality assurance so the website stays accurate and up to date.
• Optimise and scale operations by managing your workload independently and taking ownership of specific operations, streamlining or automating repetitive processes, including with AI tools.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of experience working with CMS, content management, editing or e-commerce websites.
• Attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks within the team and individually.
• Ability to handle high loads of repetitive manual tasks.
• Interest in and/or knowledge of the gaming industry and marketing.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on improving efficiency.
• Good English level required; proficiency preferred.
