Master Data Analyst – Commercial

About the role

Join NKT’s global data team as a Master Data Analyst – Commercial, supporting commercial insights through high‑quality master data. Based in Kaunas with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with commercial, analytics and data‑ownership teams to ensure reliable customer, pricing and sales data across ERP, CRM and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain completeness, accuracy and consistency of commercial master data (customers, pricing, hierarchies).
• Define and uphold data definitions, business rules and governance standards.
• Analyse sales, customer and pricing data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports for commercial KPIs and performance tracking.
• Support data‑quality improvement, migration and alignment across SAP, CRM and other systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a commercial, sales or marketing context.
• Familiarity with master data domains such as customer, pricing and sales data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate data findings to diverse audiences.
