Media Buyer (Meta) – Performance Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer who will own performance campaigns on Meta platforms, planning, managing and optimizing large‑scale budgets. You will experiment with new strategies, analyse market insights and collaborate with creatives to drive measurable growth for our HealthTech products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, test and optimise Meta ad campaigns with budgets up to €4000 per month.
• Develop and execute performance strategies to meet defined KPIs.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to generate testing ideas.
• Collaborate with a team of media buyers and performance creatives.
• Test and manage additional paid‑social channels.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Meta media buying.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in digital e‑commerce is preferred.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for paid social, testing and scaling.

Required skills

• Meta ads platform expertise.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis.
• Hyros or similar third‑party tracking tools.
