About the role

We are looking for a Meta advertising specialist to plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other social platforms. You will be responsible for delivering results for strategically important clients and continuously improving performance using data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn with a primary focus on Meta Ads.
• Own the performance of key client accounts and be accountable for their results.
• Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to independently plan, manage and optimise paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience building, campaign structures and optimisation principles.
• Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and clear communication of insights to clients.
• Responsible, meticulous and results‑oriented attitude.
• Preferably experience in a digital‑marketing agency and interest in AI‑driven advertising tools.
