Microsoft Consultant – Digital Business Platforms

About the role

Join EY Technology Consulting as a Microsoft Consultant focused on Digital Business Platforms. You will work on client projects that leverage Microsoft technologies to drive business transformation across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technology‑enabled business transformation and consulting projects using Microsoft solutions.
• Support analysis and design of business processes, information system concepts, architecture and design.
• Help assess and improve technology management within client organisations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
• Continuously learn new technologies and business concepts in a fast‑evolving environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate within an international team.
• Zero to some experience with Microsoft technologies; strong motivation to learn.
• University degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a solution‑oriented mindset.
