Multilingual Customer Care Representative

About the role

Join a global financial services leader as a Customer Care Representative, providing first‑line support to customers in German, Spanish, French or Portuguese markets. You will help resolve transaction queries, account requests and service issues, ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Answer inquiries about transactions, products, services and accounts promptly.
• Investigate, resolve and document customer issues while adhering to compliance standards.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the customer journey.
• Monitor open cases, follow up proactively and recommend relevant products or self‑service options.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and boost satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Spanish, French or Portuguese (spoken and written) plus English at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer care, call centre or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
