Junior Customer Care Specialist (Shifts)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing logistics leader and provide front‑line support to customers across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries about shipments, delivery times and other logistics‑related questions while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information on shipment tracking, delivery times and logistics‑related questions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure information accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management related to logistics operations.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Quick orientation and ability to manage large amounts of information.
• Good computer skills.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
