Native Ads Manager

About the role

Moerie, a premium haircare brand, is seeking a Native Ads Manager to own and scale its native advertising channels. You will develop growth strategies, launch and optimise campaigns, and work closely with creatives to drive profitable acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategy and execution of native ads across platforms, growing performance month‑over‑month.
• Manage daily campaigns, run A/B tests, and analyse performance against profitability and growth KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to craft high‑performing creatives, landing‑page angles and messaging for native traffic.
• Explore new audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
• Conduct competitor and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates, sharing best practices with the team.
• Work with global markets and large advertising budgets while maintaining positive ROAS.

Required profile

• Proven experience with native advertising platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain or MGID.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Comfortable managing sizable advertising budgets independently.
• Creative thinker able to identify winning messaging and creative concepts.
• Proactive, curious and eager to test new ideas.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills.

• Gross salary range 4000‑6000 EUR per month.
