Offer Manager for Industrial Automation & Digital Power in the Baltics

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an ambitious Offer Manager to lead the Industrial Automation and Digital Power portfolio across the Baltic region. You will shape offer strategy, drive market development, and help customers improve efficiency and sustainability through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Industrial Automation and Digital Power in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends.
• Manage the portfolio lifecycle from introduction to phase‑out.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customers, partners, consultants and system integrators to generate business growth.
• Support offer positioning, value‑proposition development and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, technology trends and translate insights into opportunities.
• Provide market analysis, performance monitoring and forecasting for business planning.
• Ensure high‑quality offer information and sales‑enablement materials are available.
• Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across local teams.
• Align Baltic market needs with Schneider Electric’s strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in business development, marketing, sales or offer management.
• Proven ability to work with customers, partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel across the Baltic countries.
