About the role

LTG Cargo is looking for an Operations Management Director to lead the planning and execution of services and operations at its stations. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality processes, resource efficiency and strong customer commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and compliance of service and operation planning (formation, maneuvering) processes.
• Analyse performance indicators, initiate process improvements and implement technological/IT solutions.
• Set short‑ and long‑term departmental goals and ensure their achievement.
• Allocate resources efficiently, distribute tasks to production staff and coordinate with the Infrastructure Manager.
• Fulfil client commitments and apply operational methods that best meet client needs.
• Develop, motivate and lead the team, ensuring effective internal communication and smooth change management.
• Collaborate with external partners, port companies and other group units to expand the client network and improve technological processes.

Required profile

• University degree (higher education).
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or operations management.
• Strong understanding of process management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• Leadership and people‑management skills.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
