Operations Officer in Leasing (FI, SE)

About the role

A client of HR Factory is hiring Operations Officers for its Nordic Asset Finance teams, which support customers in Finland and Sweden. The teams administer and manage the lifecycle of leasing agreements that help businesses finance vehicles. The company is expanding two teams, and the work is similar across them, with close collaboration and shared knowledge. The role is based in Vilnius.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Process customer requests and documentation accurately and with high quality.
• Work with colleagues across Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and Denmark in an international environment.
• Learn multiple processes and build expertise in Asset Finance operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to simplify and enhance ways of working.
• Support quality and risk management activities to ensure an excellent customer and stakeholder experience.
• Use a variety of banking systems and digital tools to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, finance or banking is beneficial but not required.
• Motivated to learn and develop in a professional banking environment.
• Attention to detail, ownership of work and a collaborative approach.
• Good written and spoken English.
