About the role

Join Mars Lithuania’s R&D department in Gargždai as a Packaging Technician, contributing to the development, implementation and production of packaging for global pet food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain packaging specifications according to Mars principles and standards, ensuring compliance.
• Assist in evaluating and managing risks related to technical packaging changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformities, packaging issues and quality incidents.
• Participate actively in knowledge exchange with European and central teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in food technology, material science, mechanics or chemical engineering (students in final years are acceptable).
• Strong command of Lithuanian and English.
• Result‑oriented mindset with quick learning ability.
• Teamwork and organizational skills.
