About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at the Lindex store in the Akropolis shopping centre in Klaipėda. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover fashion that fits their style while delivering an inspiring shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain visual standards of the store, ensuring merchandise is well presented.
• Handle product receiving, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Support promotional campaigns and contribute ideas to boost sales.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good communication skills in Lithuanian; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and receive constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital retail tools (e.g., point‑of‑sale systems).
