About the role

You will sell services and products to existing customers both in person at the PC Panorama salon and over the phone. The position focuses on achieving personal and team sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service according to BITĖS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sell BITĖS services and products directly and via telephone to current clients.
• Achieve individual and group sales objectives.
• Provide professional consultation and support following BITĖS quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn new information and stay updated on technology and telecom market trends.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Spoken English or Russian language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Computer skills (basic office software).
