About the role

Join Telia’s call‑center team in Kaunas as a Phone Sales Representative. You will receive three weeks of intensive training, after which you will start contacting customers, presenting Telia’s telecom solutions and building your own sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and actively sell Telia services and solutions.
• Present tailored offers and help clients choose the most suitable products.
• Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience during every call.

Required profile

• Motivated to learn, try new approaches and communicate confidently.
• Interest in technology or curiosity to understand it.
• Enjoys interacting with people and is results‑driven.
• Fluent Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
• Available for full‑time onsite work.
