About the role

The Public Management Agency is looking for two advisers to support the selection, competency assessment and development of senior public sector managers. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, evaluate leadership competencies and contribute to continuous improvement of management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and conduct manager selection processes from job analysis to final decision, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Participate in selection committees and conduct interviews, practical tasks and competency assessments.
• Analyse assessment results, prepare reports and recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Develop and refine competency assessment methodologies used for manager performance evaluation.
• Coordinate manager development activities such as training, mentorship, e‑learning, networking events and clubs.

Required profile

• University degree in psychology (Bachelor) or equivalent higher education with at least two years of experience in manager recruitment or HR management.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B1/B2 level.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in designing assessment tools.
