About the role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Department. The role involves representing the company’s interests in courts, pre‑litigation disputes, and various institutions, as well as supporting internal teams with legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in Lithuanian courts, pre‑trial proceedings, bailiff and notary offices.
• Represent the company in negotiations and relationships with third parties.
• Prepare responses to third parties and institutions on behalf of the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide legal opinions and consultations related to company operations and governance.
• Advise employees on labour‑law matters.
• Participate in the legislative process by submitting comments and proposals.

Required profile

• University degree in law (lawyer qualification).
• Minimum three years of professional legal experience.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Ability to apply Lithuanian legislation relevant to the company’s activities.
• Result‑oriented, independent, strong communication and negotiation abilities.
