Performance Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who lives and breathes creatives and performance. You will create static and video ads for paid social, shoot product and lifestyle content, and work closely with our Creative Strategist to turn briefs into high‑impact ads.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including product visuals, offer creatives and text‑led formats.
• Edit short‑form video ads from raw footage, UGC and product assets, testing different hooks, pacing and visual styles.
• Shoot product and lifestyle content in‑house and coordinate larger shoots with locations, props, talent and freelance crew.
• Produce multiple ad variations quickly (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) and adapt winning ads for European markets with localized text and subtitles.
• Review performance data, apply insights to future creative work and keep asset libraries organized.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing or content production, preferably in performance marketing.
• Portfolio showing static and video work for paid‑social ads.
• Strong eye for lighting, composition and product photography; able to run small shoots independently.
• Comfortable interpreting basic performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, CPA) to guide creative decisions.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian or another European language is a plus.
