Performance Creative Specialist

About the role

Moerie is looking for a Performance Creative Specialist to drive the visual and copy strategy behind its paid growth campaigns. You will own the creative engine for a high‑quality hair‑care brand, shaping how it appears across every ad placement and turning data insights into winning creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative assets ranging from static images to UGC‑style video for paid media.
• Write clear, data‑driven briefs that guide designers and video editors.
• Collaborate daily with performance marketers and designers in a fast feedback loop, launching concepts within days.
• Analyze testing data to amplify winning assets and pause under‑performing ones.
• Reverse‑engineer competitor ads to uncover trends in the hair‑care/DTC space.
• Identify emerging formats, hooks, and trends and apply them early.
• Craft compelling copy – headlines, hooks, and CTAs – aligned with key performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid campaigns and innovative ideas.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, feedback‑driven environment.
