Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

As a Performance Creative Strategist at BURGA, you will shape the creative direction of paid advertising across multiple platforms. You will work in a fast‑moving environment where new collections, campaigns, and product launches demand fresh, data‑driven ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own creative strategies for paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, AppLovin and potentially YouTube.
• Translate performance data and audience insights into concrete creative briefs and testing hypotheses.
• Collaborate hands‑on with designers, video editors, and content creators from brief to final asset.
• Participate in ad shoots and lead on‑set creative direction when required.
• Present strategy and results to internal stakeholders, owning the narrative.
• Run regular creative reviews to identify what works, what doesn’t, and plan next tests.
• Stay ahead of platform format changes and emerging trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a creative role, with at least 1‑2 years focused on performance creative or creative strategy.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta; experience on other platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of what makes ads convert, not just look good.
• Comfortable reading platform analytics and making data‑driven creative decisions.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining high creative quality.
• Excellent English communication skills for briefs, presentations, and feedback.
