Performance Creative – Video & Image Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative to design and produce high‑impact video and image advertisements for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will blend storytelling with data‑driven insights to maximise clicks, conversions and overall engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create top‑performing video and image ads for Meta platforms, using compelling narratives and performance data.
• Edit raw footage—including actors, user‑generated content and product highlights—into engaging creative assets.
• Design visually striking static ads in Adobe Photoshop that align with brand identity and performance insights.
• Collaborate with UGC creators, preparing briefs, overseeing deliverables and managing creative assets.
• Monitor key ad metrics (CPC, CTR, Thumb‑stop Rate, etc.) and iteratively refine creatives based on data.
• Research competitors and market trends to uncover new creative opportunities.

Required profile

• A results‑oriented mindset where creativity is guided by measurable performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Proactive ownership of the creative process from concept to final delivery.
• Ability to work closely with growth teams and across performance‑marketing functions.
• Confidence in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for scripting, brainstorming and production.
