Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

INULTI is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth for its e‑commerce products. You will own Meta Ads campaigns, experiment with creative concepts, and translate data insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns for e‑commerce offerings.
• Develop and test new audience segments, creative angles, offers, and messaging.
• Collaborate with designers to produce image and video ad concepts based on creative briefs.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance to identify scaling opportunities.
• Monitor the broader funnel to uncover performance improvements beyond paid media.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on media buying or performance marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Proven ability to connect creative ideas with business outcomes.
