Performance Marketing Specialistas

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The main focus will be lead generation and increasing conversion results for our internet and TV services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads (search, display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns targeting lead acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and run A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
• Implement and maintain tracking solutions (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking) ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and platform updates, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (internships or freelance projects accepted).
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Basic knowledge of CRO and conversion tracking (GA4, pixel/tag management).
• Self‑motivated, responsible for budget and results, eager to learn continuously.
• Proficient in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
