Performance Video Editor & AI Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor & AI Content Creator to turn raw concepts and trends into high‑converting video ads for paid social channels. You will blend storytelling, AI‑powered tools and performance data to produce thumb‑stopping content that drives real business results.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form, dynamic video ads designed to capture attention, boost engagement and drive conversions.
• Edit and produce UGC‑style, product‑focused, testimonial and motion‑graphics videos optimized for fast‑paced digital environments.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for ideation, scripting, visuals, voice‑overs and creative testing to accelerate production.
• Transform raw footage into fast‑paced, visually compelling ad creatives, adding music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, hooks and visual effects.
• Collaborate closely with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on winning concepts and improve performance.
• Apply performance‑marketing insights, creative trends and best practices to continuously optimise content effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of video‑editing experience, preferably in performance marketing or paid‑social advertising.
• Strong understanding of what makes video ads perform – hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, CTAs and audience psychology.
• Highly proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video generation and creative‑automation tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling or Veo.
• Comfortable working with various content styles including UGC, product ads, testimonials, motion graphics and viral social formats.
• Adaptable and eager to experiment with new creative formats, AI workflows and emerging trends.
