About the role
The company is looking for a proactive Personnel Manager to lead employee search and recruitment both locally and internationally. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, quick orientation, and a results‑driven mindset. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the right talent at the right time, focusing on quality rather than the sheer number of contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Active search for employees in Lithuania and abroad.
- Candidate selection and coordination of hiring processes.
- Communication with employees throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordination of personnel documentation.
- Exploration of new sourcing channels and recruitment solutions.
Required profile
- Easily establishes contact and is comfortable calling unknown persons.
- Persuasive, able to negotiate and resolve problems.
- Capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
- Independent, responsible and results‑oriented.
