POS Solutions Technician

About the role

Worldline is looking for a POS Solutions Technician to join its Vilnius team. You will work with a supportive group to diagnose, install, and maintain payment terminal equipment for a wide range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in bank card readers following established procedures.
• Prepare POS terminals and complete all related documentation.
• Plan and execute daily service routes efficiently.
• Provide phone support and resolve issues that can be handled remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals on‑site or remotely.
• Conduct client training sessions on POS terminal usage.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and with high quality.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Advantage: experience in IT or maintenance of POS/cash‑register systems.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (spoken and written).
• Russian and English language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and client‑service abilities.
• Responsible, reliable and meticulous attitude.
